摘要
本研究应用海洋围隔实验技术探索围隔生态系中环境因子对长牡蛎(Crastrea gigas)的生态效应。研究结果表明:牡蛎养殖密度与牡蛎体重增长呈负相关;养殖水体的 N、P平均浓度分别达到 26. 4和 2. 5 μmol/dm~3的水平时牡蛎生长较佳;悬浮物浓度过高会导致牡蛎死亡。
In this paper, we explored the biological effects of environmental factors on Crassostrea gigas in mesocosms. The result shows that a negative correlation exists between the cultural density of oyster and the increment of its body weight. Oysters grow better while the average concentrations of N, P in cultural waters were in the level of 26. 4 and 2. 5 μmol/ dm^3, respectively. Too high of the suspended particulate meters (SPM) may be lethal to oyster.
