摘要
拟建湄洲湾 25万吨级航道所处海域水下地形、水文条件等十分复 杂,部分航段水深不足,如采取工程措施疏浚至设计深度要花费巨额投资。湄洲湾属 于强湖海湾,利用潮位乘潮通航可大大降低工程造价。本文采用三套不同的程序计算 来潮水位并结合各航段具体情况提出来潮最佳方案,既确保了超级油轮的航行安全, 又降低了工程造价。
It is very complicated for the submarine topography and hydrological conditions in the waters of proposed 250 000 ton-grade navigational channel in Meizhou Bay. For parts of the navigational channel without adequate water depth, a large sum will be spent to take engineering measure to dredging waterway to design depth. Meizhou Bay belongs a strong tidal bay,and the engineering cost will decrease greatly when the tidal level is made use of to tidal navigation. In this paper,three sets of process are taken to calculate the tidal level and an optimum program of tided navigation is proposed combined with the concrete conditions of various parts of the navigation channel. So that the navigational safety of supertanker is ensured and the engineering cost is decreased.
