基于AVR单片机的便携式定标器设计

摘要 为了实现可同时用于测量放射性射线和射线的便携式定标器,给出了基于ATmega128单片机为核心控制器的硬件与软件设计。详细介绍了其系统结构、系统主要硬件部分的设计与实现,如中央处理器、信号采集和处理、液晶显示与键盘接口、USB接口、日历时钟及打印机接口、电源模块等以及系统软件部分的设计与实现。该定标器通过软硬件调试,实现了输入信号的放大、甄别、整型与脉冲计数等功能,并采用软件二级计数的方法扩展了计数容量。另外该定标器具备计数报警、读写U盘设备、液晶显示、打印、与上位机通信等功能。实验结果表明,该定标器具有系统性能稳定,定时和计数精度高,结构紧凑,便携性能好等优点。 The design of hardware and software for portable scaler which can be used for nuclear measurement in both α ray β and ray based on ATmega128 single chip microcomputer (SCM) are introduced. Structureofsystem, design and aehievement ofmain hardware and software, such as central processing unit (CPU), sampling and processing of signal, liquid-crystal display (LCD) and keyboard interface, USB interface, calendar clock, and printer interface are described in detail. The function of amplifier, discriminator, figuration and pulse-counter for the input signals of portable scaler are achieved and so,ware controlling techniques are used to increase the counting capacity. In addition, the function of counting alarm, displayed and printed on the LCD, and communication with upper monitor are realized. The stability ofthis system, the accuracy oftiming and counting are tested by experiment and the sealer is eompaet and portable.
