摘要
针对高分辨率航空图像存储和传输的要求,提出了基于POWERPC、FPGA和ADV212的嵌入式图像压缩存储系统设计方法,实现了大小为4008x5366x12bit图像的有损和无损压缩存储。系统设计目标为每2秒存储一幅无损压缩图像,压缩比为2:1;并在限定传输速率为1.44Mbps的条件下,每8秒向地面传送一幅有损压缩图像。系统设计中使用ADV212完成JPEG2000标准压缩算法,FPGA实现图像数据的接收和分块,POWRE PC实现对ADV212的配置管理及图像文件的存储。实验结果表明,该系统设计能够满足预定高分辨率航空图像的实时压缩与存储要求。
In order to satisfy the requirement of the storage and transmission of high resolution aero images, an embedded image compression and storage system based on POWER PC, FPGA and ADV212 is presented and it has implemented 4008×5366×12bit lossy and lossless compression of high resolution aero image. The design object of the system is to save one lossless compression image with the compression ratio of two to one each two seconds and to send one lossy compression image to the ground each eight seconds on the condition of limited 1.44Mbps transmission rate. In the design, ADV212 is used to accomplish JPEG2000 standard compression algorithm. FPGA is used to implement the receiving and blocking of image data and POWER PC is used to implement the configuration management of ADV212 and the storage of image files. The experimental results show that the system implement expected real-time compression and storage of high resolution aero image.
