阿托伐他汀在我国的专利申请情况分析

文中介绍了阿托伐他汀的研究状况,并提出药物开发的思路。收集国家专利信息中心专利数据库收录的阿托伐他汀专利申请信息,按年代、国别、申请机构性质、专利类型等项精细分类后进行统计、分析。我国阿托伐他汀的研究起步相对较晚,专利质量较低,且专利技术主要集中在辉瑞和梯瓦这两个公司等。专利类型是一重要分类项目,可用来定性判断企业在相关专利技术方面的竞争力,同时指导国内药物开发。

This paper introduced research status opment. Information of atorvastatin patent application was of atorvastatin collected from and to put forward the ideas of drug develpatent database of national patent information centre. We classify the information according to year, country, applicant nature an cally analyze the gathered data. Our country starts the research of atorvastatin relatively d pate late ; nt type, and statistithe patent quality of atorvastatin is low; and the patent technology of atorvastatin is mainly concentrated in Pfizer and Teva. The patent type is an important classification item, which can be used to determine the competitiveness of relative patent technology qualitatively and guide domestic drug development
