摘要 非特异性间质性肺炎(Nonspecific Interstitial Pneumonia,NSIP)是特发性间质性肺炎(Idio-pathic Interstitial Pneumonia,IIP)中的一种,发现率仅次于特发性肺纤维化(Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis,IPF)。与其它IIP相比较,NSIP在发病机制、病理表现、临床表现、影像学特点及预后等方面都有其自身特点,NSIP对糖皮质激素治疗的反应和预后远较IPF好。
