本文介绍在大型抛物面镜的研磨成型过程中用桥式球径仅检测面形误差时所用的一种经过改进的数据处理方法。此方法在一块直径1.8m、F2.7的大型抛物面镜的研磨成型中得到了成功的应用。

An modified algorithm of data reduction for sag measurements with a bar-sp-herometer during the aspherizing of large parabola is presented in detail, and ithas been successfully used in monitoring aspherization of a 1.8M, F2. 7 parabola.
