市场化经济体制的确立为我国竞技体育职业化形成与发展带来了机遇与挑战。运用现代管理学的"SWOT"分析法对我国竞技体育职业化发展的内外部环境进行分析,客观阐述我国竞技体育职业化发展所面临的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁,并相应提出建议与对策,旨在促进我国竞技体育职业化向着更加科学、系统、规范的方向快速发展。

The establishment of the market economic system brings opportunities and challenges to the forma- tion and development of Chinese competitive sports professionalism. In order to promote the rapid professional ism of Chinese competitive sports in a more scientific, systematic and standard direction, with ＂SWOT＂ analysis methods in the modern management theory, we will analyze the internal and external environments and illus trate the strength, weakness, opportunities and threats of professionalism development of Chinese competitive snorts and give some reeommendations and countermeasures accordingly.
