新建本科院校人才培养模式与课程体系改革探讨——以湖南第一师范学院为例 被引量:2

摘要 新建本科院校如何创新人才培养模式,努力走出一条质量稳定、特色鲜明、效益显著的发展道路,是摆在我们面前的一项亟待解决的课题。本文以湖南一师为例,提出了试行"综合培养,分向发展"的"平台+模块"小学教师培养模式,指出新建本科师范院校只有通过人才培养模式的改革创新,才能真正承担起培养小学师资的重任。 For the newly-built undergraduate universities, how to innovate training modes, embark on a develo- ping road featured by steady quality, distinctive characteristics and ample benefit is urgent. A " platform + Module" pilot training mode for the primary school teachers was proposed with the requirement of " Compre hensive training, diversity development ", with Hunan First Normal College as an experiment base. It pointed out that the universities are believed to accomplish their tasks of cultivating primary school teachers only by chan^inz and innovatin~ their nersonnel trainine models.
