Teaching Secretary, as the primary key positions of teaching management in universities, its quality of work and emotions directly affect the global work of universities on which teaching quality improved steadily depends. In order to fully explore potentialities of teaching secretaries, and encourage them to play important roles, we should have a good command of the basic quality needed by teaching secretaries and the possible problems at work.
