摘要
针对住宅工程外墙渗漏通病进行了探讨,从设计,施工工艺,装修等方面入手,分析了外墙渗漏产生的原因,提出了相应的预防措施并作了具体阐述,以期指导实践,减少渗漏现象的发生。
The paper explores the leakage diseases of exterior walls of residential projects,analyzes the reasons for the leakage at exterior walls from the design,the construction craft and the decoration,points out the respective prevention measures,and has the factual illustration,so as to direct the practice and reduce the leakage.
