摘要
研究阐述了基于计算机视觉的车辆自动监控系统中,"捕捉算法"对运动车辆的定位与分割是完成识别的前提所在,并对捕捉算法过程进行了描述,提出了一些对传统算法的改进。通过实验可以看出,这些改进有利于提高系统对环境的适应性,并且能够加快系统的处理速度,最后,简要的阐述了自动监控系统"捕捉算法"在公路交通安全管理中的应用展望。
This paper studies elaborates their vehicle based on computer vision automatic monitoring and controlling system,"capture algorithm" positioning and for moving vehicle is divided in the precondition of complete identification.And to capture algorithm process was described,and put forward some improvement on the traditional algorithm.Through the experiment can see,these improvements to improve system,and adaptability to the environment of can speed system processing speed.Finally,the synopsis expatiates automatic monitoring system "capture algorithm" and its application prospect for highway traffic safety management.
