This article introduces the working principle and design method about an automatic device for recycling beverage bottle. It proposes the mechanical method to recognize the beverage bottle using weight and volume. The geometric parameters of the spatial cam and plane cam are design. The movement rule of these cams are tested using fifth Polynomial.
