摘要
在Pro/E中完成了液压挖掘机的三维建模和装配;然后导入到机械动力学仿真软件ADAMS中,添加约束后建立了该虚拟样机系统,并且对该模型的正确性进行了验证。基于虚拟样机的动力学仿真,得到了几个主要铰接点处的受力曲线,并与理论计算得到的数据进行对比,进一步确定了仿真模型的准确性,为液压挖掘机进行有限元分析提供了载荷谱,可以更加准确地进行结构设计和优化。
Three-dimensional model of the excavator work device is established and assembled by using the software of Pro/E.Then established the virtual prototype system after added restrictions by which the model imported to the mechanieal dynamics simulation software of ADAMS, and the validity of the model is verified. Based on the dynamic simulation of virtual prototype, the force curves of several main articulated points were obtained. Compared with the data got from the theoretical calculation, and confirmed the accuracy of the simulation model ulteriorly, which provides the load spectrum for finite element analysis of the hydraulic excavators and the structure design and optimization could be more precisely.
