基于Cosmos/Motion的剪叉式液压升降台设计及优化

摘要 液压升降台种类多,应用广泛,不同工况对升降台运动特性有不同要求,在设计剪叉式液压升降台时,用数学方法设计计算各参数值过程比较复杂,例如设计计算剪叉机构的尺寸结构和液压缸的安装位置,零部件的受力情况等。文中介绍用SolidWorks、Cosmos/Motion进行升降台的设计及优化,简化了设计工作,结果也更加准确。 Hydraulic lifting platforms are various and used widely according to the requirements in the motion characteristics of lifting platform in different working conditions. During the design of hydraulic lifting platforms, the design calculation of parameters mathematically may be complicated, such as design and calculation of size structure of scissors mechanism, installation of the hydraulic cylinder and the force of components. In this paper, the design and optimization of lifting platforms were carried out by using solidworks, Cosmos/Motion program, which simplifies the design work and make the results more accurate.
