摘要
本文总结了中国渤海海冰的调查研究、试验分析、应用经验，给出了渤海冰的主要特征、工程应用参数，以及冰力计算方法和海冰管理的组织实施办法。
Ice survey, strength experiments and their application in engineering for the Bobal Sea are outlined in the paper. The features of ice conditions, ice parameters for engineering, measurement and calculation of ice force and sea ice manangement for winter navigation and oil field production in the Bobal Sea are presented, as well.
