摘要
我国渤海是世界上典型的海湾结冰区。在冰区中航行的船只和石油平台以及港口工程等都受到冰的危害。本文将介绍我国应用岸基雷达监测海冰参数系统技术方面的进展，着重介绍岸基雷达测冰系统和这些系统的使用特点及测量结果。
Freezing of the sea and drifting of the ice have a great effect on winter navigation, oil field exploration and harbour structures and activities in the Bobal Sea. Radar imagery from Bayuquan station has been used for sea ice monitoring and forecasting. A radar monitoring system for surveying sea ice and wave is developed. The surveying system and data processing are outlined in the paper.
