On the Fire Supervision and Management of Construction Projects under the Current Legal System

针对当前建设工程消防监督管理工作中普遍存在的模糊认识,从建设工程消防监督管理的依据入手,详细说明了消防设计审核、消防验收和备案、抽查的程序及要求,并明确了建设工程施工过程中各相关部门的责任,对提高建设工程消防监督管理工作的质量和效率具有一定的参考作用。

At present,there are some common misconceptions about the fire supervision and management with projects being constructed,this paper states the legal basis of the fire supervision and management of these projects,the procedures and requirements of fire design.In addition,the responsibilities of all relevant departments are clearly defined in the process building construction for a reference for promoting the quality and efficiency of the construction project fire supervision and management.
