原发性腹膜后肿瘤的诊治分析

The Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Retroperitoneal Tumor

目的探讨腹膜后肿瘤的诊断和治疗,提高其早期诊断及手术切除率。方法分析怀化市第二人民医院87例原发性腹膜后肿瘤的临床表现、影像学特点及外科处理。结果 87例中良性肿瘤29例,完全切除20例,合并脏器切除7例,大部切除2例;恶性肿瘤为58例,完全切除40例,合并脏器切除18例,术后复发20例,再手术18例中15例肿瘤完全切除。结论原发性腹膜后肿瘤早期临床表现缺乏特异性,诊断目前主要靠影像学检查,B超可作为首选检查手段,手术完整切除仍是治疗的主要手段,对复发性肿瘤应争取再次手术。

Objective To investigate the diagnosis of retroperitoneal tumors and treatment,improve early diagnosis and surgical resection.Methods To analyze 87 cases of primary retroperitoneal tumor clinical manifestations,imaging characteristics and surgical treatment.Results 87 cases of benign tumors of 29 cases,complete resection of 20,combined organ resection in 7 patients,subtotal in 2 cases;malignancy in 58 cases,complete resection in 40 cases,combined organ resection in 18 cases,recurrence in 20 cases,18 cases of reoperation in 15 patients with complete tumor resection.Conclusions Early primary retroperitoneal tumor lack of specific clinical manifestations,diagnosis currently depends mainly on imaging studies,B-checks as the preferred means of complete surgical resection remains the primary means of treatment for recurrent tumor should seek re-operation.
