摘要
目的探讨和总结药物保守治疗异位妊娠的疗效与护理方法。方法对80例异位妊娠患者采取米非司酮、甲氨蝶呤及中药联合的保守治疗,同时实施科学的、合理的、有效的个体化护理。结果增进了护患之间的关系,使患者积极配合治疗,提高了药物治疗的成功率,所有患者均痊愈出院。结论通过科学的、合理的、有效的综合护理,调动了患者的主观能动性,提高了护理质量及药物治疗的成功率,促进患者早日康复。
Objective To investigate and summarize the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy of drug efficacy and nursing.Methods 80 cases of ectopic pregnancy were treated for mifepristone,methotrexate and Chinese medicine,while the implementation of scientific,rational and effective individualized care.Results Enhanced the relationship between nurses and patients so that patients actively cooperate with treatment,improve the success rate of the drug treatment,all patients were cured.Conclusion Through scientific,reasonable,effective and comprehensive care,mobilizing the patient＇s initiative to improve the quality of care and drug treatment success rates,and promote early recovery of patients.
