消化系常见肿瘤miRNA与细胞凋亡调控 被引量:1

摘要 微小 RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一类在转录后水平调节基因表达的长20~24nt的非编码RNA,具有调节细胞凋亡和增殖等作用,参与调控多种生理和病理过程,其与肿瘤的关系备受关注,近年来越来越多的研究表明miRNA表达异常与消化系常见肿瘤(结肠癌、直肠癌和肝癌)的发生、发展、预后和治疗等密切相关。本文拟阐述miRNA与消化系常见肿瘤细胞凋亡的相关性,探讨miRNA诱导消化系常见肿瘤细胞凋亡的通路和调控环路,旨在揭示miRNA可否作为消化系常见肿瘤早期诊断及预后的生物标志物和治疗的新靶点。
