摘要
抗肿瘤药物的发展已进入新时期,纳米技术、新型靶向制剂的研究日趋成熟。由纳米技术与现代药物学结合形成的载药纳米微粒是一种新型的药物输送体系。本文通过检索大量相关文献,对纳米粒和靶向制剂在脑癌中的应用进行分析总结。
The development of the antitumor medicine has been a new period,and the nanotechnology and new targeting agents has reached the peak.Drug—loaded nanoparticle,which is formed by the combination between nanotechnology and modern pharmaceuties,is a new pharmic delivery carrier.Referencing to a great deal of literature,this paper summarizes the application of nanoparticles and targeting agents in brain cancer.
