摘要
报道了通过异长叶烯的Prins反应产物水解制得2羟甲基异长叶烯,而后由2羟甲基异长叶烯直接用过量100%的铬酸溶液于0℃在氮气中进行反应,最后将反应产物分别与三种格氏试剂加成。
The paper reports 2 hydroxymethylisolongifolene is prepared by hydrolysising the Prins reaction product of isolongifolene.Use orerdose 100% chromic acid solution to react with 2 hydroxymethylisolongifolene at 0 ℃ in nitrogen gas.The oxydation product reacts with three kinds of Grignard reagent respectively.Thus three different isolongifolenyl alcohols perfumery with wood odour are prepared by hydrolysising the additive products.
