该系统应用先进的人工神经元网络信息系统,采用欧洲数值预报格点资料和临汾地区实时在面资料相结合,研制出临汾地区中期分级降水滚动预报系统,该系统解决了天气预报计算中的非线性问题,它的计算速度快、稳定性强,是数值预报产品的解释应用,是一种客观的、定量的中期预报方法。

Using information system of artificial neural networks and the world wide data of European forecast, a forecast system of weekly rainfall of Linfen has de-voloped. This system, compare with other systems, is more stability, higher caculate speed. It has resolved nonliner problem, we can use it to explain the forecast data.
