1999～2010年我国政府信息化研究论文计量分析

On the Statistical Analysis of Chinese Government Informatization Research(1999-2009)

文章采用文献计量方法,从论文年代分布、期刊分布、论文主题及政府信息建设问题等方面对1999～2010年政府信息化的研究论文进行了统计与分析,主要分析了政府信息建设面临的问题,为政府信息化进一步研究和发展提供了借鉴。

Based on the papers on government informatization from 1999 to 2010,the author does a bibliometric analysis on the papers from the aspects of distribution of years,journals and subjects,with especially emphasis on the difficulties in the government informatization process,aiming at providing reference for future research on it.
