摘要
国内语料库建设已有多年,取得了丰硕成果,但其版权问题一直制约着我国语料库建设的发展。文章按照"语料库建设现状——分析存在的具体版权问题——综合列举国内外各种解决的办法——适合我国语料库版权保护的具体措施"的思路来探究语料库建设中的版权问题。
The domestic construction of corpus has been developing for many years,which has acquired enormous achievements.However,the corpus copyright has been restricting the development of corpus construction.This article introduces the present situation of corpus construction,analyzes the copyright problems in corpus construction,enumerates the domestic and foreign means to solve the problems,and gives some suggestions on protecting the corpus copyright in domestic country,aiming at exploring the copyright during the construction of the corpus.
