文章阐述了学科信息门户兴起的背景及其特征,指出学科信息组织在学科门户建设中的基础作用,分析了学科信息门户信息组织的内涵、要求、过程、方法和技术,并结合河东文化专题门户的建设阐述了具体做法,认为学科门户建设应注意开放思维和标准化建设。

This paper presents the backgrounds and features of the subject information gateway（SIG）,points out the basic role of the subject information organization in the SIG construction,analyzes the connotation,the demands,the process,the methods and technologies of SIG＇s information organization,illustrates the specific measures combining the construction of the Hedong cultural Characteristic Resources Portal,and argues that open-type thinking mode and standardization should be paid attention to in the SIG construction.
