新时期吉林省图书馆联盟未来发展分析

Analysis on Future Development of the Consortium of Libraries in Jilin in the New Period

从2008年成立至今,吉林省图书馆联盟已经走过了3年的历程,在此期间,联盟各成员馆在文献资源共享、人才培训、带动基层公共图书馆共同发展等方面取得了一些成绩。但在新的历史时期,如何突破资金瓶颈、运用新技术实现由传统服务向数字服务的转型与过渡,成为摆在各成员馆面前一个迫切需要解决的问题。文章作者就此问题进行了分析和探讨,提出了吉林省图书馆联盟未来发展的新思路以及切实可行的建议和措施。

The Consortium of Libraries in Jilin（CLJ）have gone through the course of three years since 2008,and the members of CLJ made some results on literature resource sharing,training and developing with local public libraries during this time.But the urgent problems which need to be addressed is to achieve transformation form traditional services to digital services with new technology and enough fund.The authors give some new thoughts and suggestions on the future development of the Consortium of Libraries in Jilin according the existed issues.
