Virtual hospital is a new sort of hospital which takes the network as carrier and and built with virtual reality technology,3D technology,communication technology and other modern technologies.It provides the medical information resources and information reference service for people.The paper analyzes the types and characteristic of users in the virtual hospital and gets their medical information requirements based on it,aiming at helping the implementation of the digital reference service of the virtual hospital.
