摘要
本文在室温固相化学反应法的基础上使用了表面活性剂,使合面条件降低,合成方法完善.在温和的条件下,制备出了粒度小于100纳米的硫化镉、硫化锌、硫化汞、氧化汞.
The paper was that compounded method on nanometre materials was improved by surface active a gents on solid chemistry in room temperriture. Particles of CdS, ZnS, HgS and HgO were compounded by temperate condition.
