摘要
结核病是严重危害人类健康的慢性传染病,是全球关注的公共卫生问题,是我国控制的重大疾病之一。结核病实验室检查是发现传染病的主要途径和手段。痰涂片镜检也是全球公认的诊断结核病的基本方法。社区卫生服务中心检查结核病唯一开展的项目痰涂片,如何提高痰涂片质量。从标本采集质量,抗酸染色效果,检验人员素质三个方面分析。
TB is a serious harm to human health of chronic infectious disease,is a global public health problem,is one of the major diseases control in China.Tuberculosis laboratory examination in detection of infectious diseases the main ways and means.Sputum smear microscopy is recognized worldwide as the diagnosis of tuberculosis of the basic method.Community health service center check tuberculosis sputum smear only projects,how to improve the quality of sputum smear.From sample collection,acid-fast staining effect,inspection personnel quality three respects analysis.
