血栓通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效探讨

Shuxuetong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的:观察血栓通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将214例急性脑梗死患者随机分成2组。在常规治疗基础上,治疗组108静滴血栓通注射液20ml/d,对照组106静滴复方丹参注射液30ml/d,用药14d,评价治疗前后神经功能缺损评分。结果:治疗组有效率92.5%,对照组有效率73.5%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血栓通注射液联合常规治疗急性脑梗死可提高有效率,且患者耐受性好,不良反应少。

objective：To observe the effective of Xue Shuan Tong injection treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods： Divided 214 patients with acute cerebral infarction patients randomly into two groups.There were 108 patients in study group with 20 ml/d shu xue tong injection,the control group 106 patients were treated with dan shen injection 30 ml/d.Evaluation before and after treatment neural function.Results：The effective rate was 92.5%in treatment group and control group in the effective rate was 73.5%,the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The xue shuan tong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can improve the efficient,with fewer side effects,good tolerance.
