摘要
为了适应锅炉现场的实际情况,有效地进行诊断系统的开发,设计并建立了一个可以模拟锅炉实际运行的锅炉数据支撑平台。该平台采用网络客户/服务器方式设计,用于创建并维护锅炉系统的各种数据库,包括历史数据库、结构数据库、组态数据库、故障数据库等。平台可对锅炉系统的各种故障以数据的形式模拟、再现,并以数据公告板的方式实现对分布式诊断、协作诊断等高级诊断方法的支持。经过仿真试验,平台能够很好地模拟锅炉现场的实际情况,并能提供故障诊断系统调试所需数据。本数据平台可支持锅炉诊断系统的开发、调试,挂接各种诊断模块并连接锅炉的实际数据后,即形成一个完整的锅炉在线诊断系统。
Boiler data supporting platform was built, which simulated the real behavior of the boiler in the way of data, leading to an effective development of diagnostic systems. This platform is a computer network in Server/Client mode, which establishes and maintains some important databases of boiler, such as history, structure, configuration, and fault databases. Many boiler faults can be simulated or reappeared in form of data. The introducing of data bulletin board makes some senior diagnostic methods possible, including distribute diagnosis and cooperative diagnosis. The simulating experiment shows the platform can simulate the data behavior of boiler and supply fault data. The platform can be used to develop and debug boiler diagnostic system. When linked to various diagnostic modules and connected to the boiler real time data, the data platform becomes a complete online diagnostic system of power plant boiler.
