摘要
鉴于国际上历次大面积停电事故的经验和教训,以某一将来实施分片运行的500/220 kV规划电网为对象,从电网故障发生负荷转移引起的恶性连锁反应、失去暂态稳定性和失去电压稳定性三方面出发,对该电网因网络结构发生大面积停电的可能性进行分析,形成了一套定量分析方法.
This paper introduced some aspects of quantitative possibility analysis method of large area blackout in electric power systems, and quantitatively analyzed its possibility of blackout in a sample system. Accounting to the experience and failure of several large area blackout all over the world, the analysis is started from the power system faults lead to chain reaction, lose transient stability, lose voltage stability. The object of analysis is a 500/220 kV planning power system that will be operated in a separate mode in the future. The results of numerical simulation show its possibility of large area blackout caused by the network structure.
