摘要
他控式双馈调速系统是一种频率开环系统,通过调节变频器的供电频率,能精确地控制电机的转速,且节能效果好.介绍了用于泵机调速的55 kW 电流型变频电源的主回路、控制触发电路,该装置采用变频器输出频率和直流电流为直接控制量,实现了绕线式感应电动机的他控式双馈调速,并给出了装置的现场实验结果,同时对其调速节能情况进行了比较和分析.
Separately controlled double fed speed regulation system is a frequency open loop system. By controlling the output frequency of the converter, the output rotational speed of motor can be accurately changed, and it also has a good property of energy saving. In this paper, 55 kW current source inverter was discussed, as well as the main circuit and trigger circuit. This system contains AC DC AC current resource inverter with current closed loop and frequency opened loop. Used to drive induction motor, the separately controlled double fed speed regulation system controls the output frequency and DC current of the inverter. The results of experiment and energy saving were analyzed.
