A StudY on Increating the Fertility of Minks(Mustela Visons) Ⅰ Effects of FSH and HCG on Induction of the Anestrous Female Minks to Come into an Estrus State

给休情期母貂注射FSH和HCG可以诱导母貂发情. 用FSH+ HCG处理的母貂,给药后第11 天,HCG单独处理后第7 天,观察到母貂发情;血液孕酮水平上升,雌二醇水平下降.此时,卵巢卵泡生长发育成熟,子宫肥大,阴道壁增厚,阴道涂片有角化上皮细胞. 这些与母貂在繁殖季节发情配种期间的发情征状极其相似.

Injection of FSH and HCG to the anestrous female minks may induce the animals to come into an estrus state.On the 11th day of treating with FSH+HCG and on the 7th day of treating with HCG alone,the animals were observed to express the signs of sexual excitement:the serum level of progesterone increased and that of estradiol declined.At that time,the follicles developed into the mature state;the uterus became hypertrophied;the wall of vagina turned thickened;there were cornified epithelial cells in the vaginal smears.The signs mentioned above were quite similar to those of sexual excitement which occured in estrous minks in their breeding season.\;
