摘要
将热流变简单假设进行推广,建立了热流变简单材料非恒温条件下的基本方程.采用Prong 级数近似表示简单拉伸松弛模量,得到了剪切松弛模量的分析表达式.根据注塑冷却过程的特点,引入合理的简化假设,建立了冷却过程中的应力分析模型,采用有限差分法求解了应力模型.上述方法已经应用于自行开发的注塑模CAE商品化软件中,分析结果对于工程问题具有实用价值.
The constitutive equation of thermorheologically simple materials under anisothermal condition is established by extending the thermorheologically simple hypothesis. The prong series is used to describe the tensile relaxation modulus approximately, then an analytical expression for the shear relaxation modulus is obtained. A stress analysis model is developed on basis of simple reasonable assumptions, and with the specific features of injection molding during cooling taken into consideration. The stress model is then calculated by the finite difference method. The analysis method has already been applied in CAE software package for injection molding.
