摘要 目前,以腹股沟疝为主的无张力疝修补术,在国内外正在普及和推广,并逐渐得到了改进和完善。但是,仍有一些普外科医师,特别是基层医师,对这种新的手术方式还不够了解。本文通过总结2 000例实施腹股沟疝无张力修补术的临床资料,与传统疝修补术相比,分析评价无张力疝修补术的优点、适应证、禁忌证及并发症防治。目的是提高一些同道们对无张力疝修补术的认识,并促使这项新技术在国内得到进一步规范和发展。 At present, tension-free henioplasty dominated by inguinal hernia is popularizing and developing,and has gradually improved in China. However, there are still some general physicians, especially grassroots physicians, who have not enough understanding about the new surgical mode. Compared with the traditional hernia repair, this paper summarizes 2000 cases who underwent the tension-free repair of inguinal hernia, and analyzes and evaluates advantages, indications, contraindications, and prevention of complications of tension-free hernia repair. The purpose is to improve some colleagues in knowing well about tension-free hernioplasty and promote further standardization and development of the new technology in China.
