液相芯片在前列腺癌中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 液相芯片技术是一种生物检测技术,可对临床大多数生物分子进行高通量分析,如核酸、蛋白质等生物分子。该技术利用了发展成熟的流式细胞术检测原理,以混悬在液相中的分类编码微球为反应及信号检测载体。目前已广泛应用于研究和临床检测中。本文就液相芯片技术的技术原理、特点以及临床应用,尤其是在前列腺肿瘤中的临床应用进行简要介绍。
