摘要
目的探讨1∶3∶9上岗模式下提高护生临床实习的效果。方法随机选取2009年1月~2009年6月在本科实习的50名护生作为实验组,2006年1月~2006年6月30名护生作为对照组。实验组护生实施分层次分阶段实习模式,并制订各阶段护生的具体要求及质控等方法,对照组护生实施传统的带教方法。结果实验组护生的护理程序综合成绩、自评护生临床实习效果及老师评价护生临床实习效果满意率均明显高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论在1∶3∶9上岗模式下实施分层次分阶段实习,并制订各阶段护生临床实习的具体要求及质控等方法能循序渐进地、全面地提高护生临床实习能力。
Objective: To figure out the effect of 1:3:9 Induction mode to nursing students'clinical practice. Methods: 50 nursing students in January 2009 to June were regarded as the experimental group, while 30 nursing students in January 2006 to June the control group. The ex- perimental group was divided into small groups according to their abilities . Concrete rules and quality-contronlling methods in different phases of practice were set up. While the control group was taught with traditional way. Results : Comprehensive achievements , self-estimation and the grade of nursing students'clinjcal practice judged by their teachers was better in experimental group than that in control group(p 〈 0.05). Conclusion: 1:3:9 Induction mode could improve nursing students^linieal practice capability gradually.
