多层螺旋CT及多平面重建技术对肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的诊断价值

Value of Multislice Spiral CT and muitiplanar reconstruction technique in diagnosis pheochromocytoma adrenal gland

目的分析肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤多层螺旋CT的影像学特点,进行鉴别诊断,提高多层螺旋CT对该病的诊断的准确性。方法回顾性分析经手术和病理证实18例肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的患者的影像学的资料。结果 CT示瘤体较大,多成类圆形或卵圆形。瘤体多清晰,肿瘤密度均匀也可不均匀,多数有坏死、囊变区,也可有出血;肿瘤平扫成软组织密度。增强扫描动脉期成明显强化,静脉期强化程度与动脉期相近,延迟扫描CT值下降较慢。三维重建(MPR)得到矢状面和冠状面图像,肿瘤的立体形态显示清晰,肿瘤与周围软组织关系清晰可辨。结论多层螺旋CT扫描及MRP对嗜铬细胞瘤的定性和定位诊断有较高价值。

Objective Analysis of adrenal pheochromocytoma of Multislice Spiral CT imaging features,differential diagnosis,improve on the disease of Multislice Spiral CT diagnostic accuracy.Methods 18 cases by surgery and pathology adrenal pheochromocytomas imaging data were analyzed retrospectively.Results Tumors were bigger,more CT of circular or ovoid.More clearly,the tumors were also don＇t even density,most had necrosis,sac variable area,also can have bleeding.Sweep a soft tissue tumor flat density.Arterial enhancement scanning,intravenous period into obvious strengthening arterial strengthened degree and similar,delay scanning CT value falls slower.3D reconstruction（MPR）got sagittal and coronal image,tumor the stereo configuration,tumor and display showed clearly legible surrounding tissue relationship.Conclusion Multislice Spiral CT scans and MRP for diagnose pheochromocytomas have higher value.
