现代眼科手术修复严重眼球穿孔伤临床分析

A clinical analysis on the serious eyeball penetrating wounds restorated with modern techniques

目的评价现代眼科技术修复眼球穿孔伤的疗效。方法对39例(39眼)严重眼球穿孔伤患者应用现代眼科手术技术,前段角巩膜修补联合后段玻璃体手术,部分眼内异物取出等进行修复治疗,随访观察6～36个月(平均19.1个月)。结果术后视力比术前进步20例(51.3%),视力不变17例(43.6%),视力下降2例(5.1%);无1例发生交感性眼炎。结论现代眼科手术提供了拯救严重眼球穿孔的手段,使这些伤眼具有保全眼球甚或恢复一定视功能的可能,有重要的临床价值。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of serious penetrating injuries of eyeball.Methods 39 cases（39eyes）were managed with modern techniques of ophthalmology.The follow up periods ranged from 6 to 36 months（mean 19.1 months）.Results Postoper the visual acuity improved was in 20（51.3%）patients,unchanged in 17（43.6%）and declined in 2（5.1%）.No case of the sympathetic ophthalmia was found.Conclusion Modern techniques of ophthalmology for serious penetrating eye may give a chance of reconstruct the eyeball and restore visual function.
