奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

目的观察奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选择急性脑梗死患者93例,随机分为奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗组(联合治疗组)57例,对照组36例(奥扎格雷钠治疗组),对两组患者在用药前及用药后第2周、第4周、第12周进行美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表NIHSS评分(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale)及日常生活活动能力量表Bathel指数(Bathel Index,BI)评定。结果根据NIHSS评分及Bathel指数(BI)评定,奥扎格雷钠、依达拉奉联合应用与单用奥扎格雷钠相比有更好的临床疗效,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论奥扎格雷钠与依达拉奉联合应用,对改善患者神经功能缺损、恢复日常生活能力,具有协同作用,是安全、有效的。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect in treatment of acute cerebral infarction using Ozagrel-sodium-combine-Edaravane.Methods Choose 93 acute cerebral infarction patients,and were randomly divided them into 2 groups,57 cases in Ozagrel-sodium-combine-Edaravane therapy group（combination therapy group）and 36 cases in control group.Record NIHSS score and evaluation of activities of daily living Bathel Index were observed before-treatment,2 weeks after treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 12 weeks after treatment.Results according to NIHSS score and Bathel Index,Ozagrel-sodium-combine-Edaravane therapy group had better clinical effect than control group,the efficacy was significantly different between two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion Ozagrel-sodium-combine-Edaravane can cure acute cerebral infarction by improving the neurologic impairment,restoring activities of daily living,with a synergistic effect.They are safe and effective.
