摘要
实验上采用金属网栅耦合的小型F-P腔式NH3 分子激光器,用TEA-CO2 激光器的10R(8)谱线作为泵浦,获得了281 μm 的亚毫米激光。
Experimentally,the miniature Fabry Perot cavity laser with inductive metallic meshes as couplers and NH 3 molecular gas as active medium was pumped by TEA CO 2 laser with 10R(8) line,the submillimeter wave (281 μm) laser was obtained successfully.Meanwhile,the optimum operating parameters of the laser were studied experimentally.
