肌无力危象患者发生呼吸机相关性肺炎的原因及护理干预

Reasons of life-support machine relevant pneumonia in myasthenia crisis patients and its nursing intervention

目的加强对重症肌无力危象患者发生呼吸机相关性肺炎的认识，做到细致护理、积极预防治疗。方法针对我科近1年收治的20例重症肌无力危象患者，分析发生呼吸机相关性肺炎的原因，早期积极实施针对性护理干预措施。结果通过临床护士对重症肌无力危象患者在机械通气期间实施细致、周到、及时的针对性护理，患者病情稳定、安全拔管。结论重症肌无力危象患者机械通气期间由于各种原因易导致呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生，同时呼吸机相关性肺炎将进一步加重患者病情，治疗困难。因此，强化认识，尽早加强基础及针对性护理，以降低其发生率意义重大。

Objective To enhance the understanding of myasthenia crisis in patients with ventilatorassociated pneumonia, and provide meticulous care, active prevention and treatment. Methods 20 cases of patients with myasthenia gravis crisis were collected in past year in our hospital, and ventilator-associated pneumonia occurrence was analyzed. Early and actively targeted nursing interventions were implemented. Results Patient stability, security ex-tubation were achieved during the implementation of careful, thoughtful, targeted and timely care. Conclusions Ventilator-associated pneumonia in patients with myasthenia gravis crisis occurred for various reasons. At the same time ventilator-associated pneumonia will further decrease the patient＇ s condition and increase the treatment difficulty. Therefore, it was significant to strengthen understanding, basic and targeted care as soon as possible to reduce its incidence.
