手术室护士使用Telos装置评估膝关节稳定性的方法与配合 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过使用Telos装置拍摄膝关节应力像,分析和总结手术室护士在手术时使用Telos装置的配合。方法诊断为后交叉韧带损伤或多发韧带损伤并接受手术治疗的38例患者,麻醉下使用Telos装置拍摄膝关节应力像并进行测量,进行统计学分析和护理配合总结。结果麻醉下采用Telos装置拍摄膝关节应力像胫骨后移平均为(14.32±7.94)mm。在拍摄过程中,护士需要辅助进行体位转换、放射线防护、麻醉配合和心理护理,配合医生和麻醉师共同完成膝关节应力像的拍摄。结论Telos装置拍摄膝关节应力像的测量数据准确,能够用于术前膝关节后向不稳定的评估。在拍摄过程中,护士需要对患者进行严密观察和保护。
