摘要
介绍了一种利用主动红外及8031单片机实现的高温实时测量系统。该系统主要由光学发射与接收系统、信号放大与处理系统及显示系统组成。简要介绍了该系统的工作原则和基本结构,详细讨论了在该系统中采取的提高其测量精度的若干措施。
In this paper,the high temperature measurement system in real time using active infrared laser and 8031 chip microprocessor is introduced.This system mainly consists of three parts:optical emitting and receiving system,signal amplifying and controlling system,and display system.The principle and structure of this system are introduced.Some measures taken in this system which could improve specific radiance and temprature measurement precision are discussed in detail.Combining an example,The effects on specific radiance and temperature measurement precision are analyzed after taking these measures.
