主要针对目前大功率二极管应用技术中温控发展的趋势和存在的技术难点，首次提出一种新型的开关型大电流双向输出模型和含ＰＩＤ调节器的双闭环控制温度环节的方案。

This article mainly discussed the development tendency and existing technological difficult of the temperature controller in application of DPSL.It puts up a new switch power supply model of dual directions' large current that is continually outputted initially and a scheme of accurate temperature controller.
