The Effective Way of Nursing after the Transnasal Endoscopic Surgery with Optic Canal Decompression

目的探讨经鼻内镜下视神经减压手术的有效护理措施。方法分析15例(16眼)鼻内镜下视神经管减压术患者的治疗及护理经验。结果随访3～12个月,15例(16眼)中12眼视力有不同程度的提高,总有效率74.9%。结论科学有效的护理可以减少手术并发症,减轻患者痛苦,有利于视力恢复,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the effective way of nursing after the transnasal endoscopic surgery with optic canal decompression. Methods Analyzing the treatment and nursing of 15 patients （16 eyes） after the transnasal endoscopic surgery with optic canal decompression. Results We have followed up for 3 to 12 months after the surgery, then found out that the eyesight of 15 patients （12 out of 16 eyes） improved. The total effective rate is 74.9%. Conclusion Scientific and effective nursing can not only reduce complications and suffering of patients, but also improve recovery of eyesight and life quality of patients.
