HPLC法测定冬麦利咽口服液中冬凌草甲素和冬凌草乙素的含量

Determination of Oridonin and Rubescens B.Su in Dongmailiyan Oral Liquid by HPLC

目的建立HPLC法测定冬麦利咽口服液中冬凌草甲素和乙素含量的方法。方法采用Symmetry?C185.0μm4.6×250(mm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(52:48);流速1.00ml/min;检测波长239nm。结果冬凌草甲素在1.004～20.08ug?ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.68%,RSD=0.44%(n=6)冬凌草乙素在1.013～20.26ug?ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9990),平均回收率为98.86%,RSD=1.14%(n=6)。结论本方法操作简便,专属性强,结果准确,可用于冬麦利咽口服液的质量控制。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of in Oridonin and Rubescens B. Su Dongmailiyan Oral liquid. Method The chromatographic Symmetry？ C18 5.0μm 4.6×250（mm） column,using methanol-water（52：48） as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0ml？min-1,and the detecting waveleng was 239nm. Results The liner range was 1.004～20.08μg？ml-1（r=0.9997, n=6, oridonin）, 1.013～20.26μg？ml-1（r=0.9990, n=6, Rubescens B.Su）. The average recovery was 99.68%,RSD=0.44%（oridonin）, 98.86%,RSD=1.14%（Rubescens B.Su）. Conolusion The established method is accuracy ,sensitive and simple.It can be used for quality control of Dongmailiyan Oral liquid.
